The South East Public Health Unit is helping local communities prevent and minimise tobacco harm through the Local Drug Action Team (LDAT) Program.
SEPHU’s focus is on Balaclava, Port Melbourne, South Melbourne, St Kilda and Windsor in the Port Phillip LGA and Armadale, Kooyong, Malvern, Prahran and Toorak in the Stonnington LGA.
Our collective impact approach brings together key stakeholders, LDAT members and partner organisations to address local issues and reduce the use of nicotine products alongside alcohol and other drugs.
The Alcohol and Drug Foundation supports our work, alongside more than 270 LDATs across Australia, with research, resources and expertise to help us respond to local issues.
