Walk-in Weekend Vaccination Options 27-28 November

While Victoria’s COVID-19 cases are slowly decreasing due to 90 per cent of the state being fully vaccinated, the COVID-19 virus continues to put our community at risk – particularly those not yet vaccinated and their family and friends.

COVID-19 can cause serious illness and may result in hospitalisation and death. Vaccination is the best protection we have against COVID-19 and the best way to protect your family and friends from getting the virus.

Vaccination is free and safe. Everyone who is 12 years and older is eligible to receive either the Pfizer or Moderna vaccine which are highly effective in protecting people against severe illness, hospitalisation, and death from COVID-19.

In addition, getting tested for COVID-19 remains highly important to stop the spread of the virus. Even if you have the mildest of symptoms, getting a test and isolating until you receive a negative result can reduce the risk of giving the virus to the people you love and care for. To find the nearest testing clinic near you, please visit www.coronavirus.vic.gov.au.

Being vaccinated and getting tested for COVID-19 is especially important to protect young children and infants who are not yet eligible for vaccination but can suffer from long COVID-19 symptoms for weeks or months after contracting even a mild case of COVID-19.

Please see below a list of vaccination clinics open this weekend for doses 1 and 2, dose 3 for eligible people who are severely immunocompromised people, and boosters:
