We know more than half of all Victorians do not meet Australian physical activity guidelines and are at increased risk of developing chronic conditions.
We also know regular physical activity helps improve overall health, fitness and quality of life. It also reduces the risk of chronic conditions like type 2 diabetes, cardiovascular disease, many types of cancer, depression, anxiety and dementia.
